Service Charges & Payment Policy Parties of 6–9 guests are subject to a 20% service charge. Parties of 10 or more guests are subject to a 22% service charge. An 8% Florida sales tax will be added to all applicable purchases. A 3% credit card processing fee applies to all credit card payments. No processing fee is charged for payments made by cash or debit card.
